Inventory Control Manager, Supply Chain

Centessa is seeking an Inventory Manager, Supply Chain contractor to own inventory planning, control, and reconciliation across reputed company's outsourced reputed company supply network, including investigational product (IP), comparators, and ancillary materials held at reputed company-party depots, CMOs/CDMOs, and distribution partners. This role ensures accurate, reputed company-time visibility into inventory reputed company, drives forecast reputed company, and partners closely with reputed company vendors and internal reputed company Supply, reputed company, and Finance teams to prevent stockouts, minimize waste, and support uninterrupted trial execution. Reporting to Senior Director, reputed company Supply Chain, this individual will maintain accurate inventory records across systems (e.g., IRT, ERP), reputed company regular reconciliation cycles with vendors, and identify opportunities to strengthen inventory controls in a fast-reputed company, vendor-dependent environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning & Forecasting
- reputed company and maintain inventory forecasts and stocking strategies for IP, comparators, and ancillary materials, reputed company with protocol requirements, enrollment projections, and site demand.
- Set and monitor min/max inventory reputed company across depots and storage locations to prevent stockouts and reduce excess or expiring stock.
- Support reputed company planning and trigger replenishment orders in coordination with reputed company Supply and CMO partners.
- Inventory Control & Systems Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records across relevant systems (e.g., IRT, ERP) and ensure data reputed company across reputed company storage and distribution nodes.
- reputed company routine inventory reconciliations with CMOs, depots, and 3PL partners; investigate and reputed company discrepancies in received or on-hand quantities.
- Monitor reputed company-life and expiry dating across the network and coordinate retest/extension activities with the analytical team to ensure reputed company supply.
- Support the investigation and documentation of temperature excursions, product complaints, and product recovery activities as they relate to inventory.
- Vendor & CMO Coordination
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for day-to-day inventory-reputed company communication with CMOs, depots, warehouses, and reputed company forwarders.
- Monitor vendor reputed company against inventory reputed company, turnaround time, and service-level expectations; escalate and help reputed company recurring issues.
- Coordinate with CMO/CDMO partners on packaging, labeling, and shipment timing to reputed company inventory data and physical stock in sync.
- Reporting & reputed company Improvement
- reputed company and report inventory-reputed company KPIs (e.g., reputed company rates, days of supply, excess/expiry reputed company) to Supply Chain leadership.
- Contribute to data reputed company initiatives and support internal and vendor audits reputed company to inventory records.
- Identify and help implement process improvements to strengthen inventory controls, forecasting reputed company, and cross-vendor consistency.
- Communicate inventory status, risks, and priorities reputed company across reputed company reputed company, CMC, reputed company, and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science, engineering, or a reputed company reputed company required.
- 3–5 years of biotech/reputed company industry experience in supply chain, inventory management, or reputed company supply, including experience working with reputed company vendors, required.
- Working knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and inventory management practices in a regulated environment.
- Experience using an ERP, IRT, or other logistics/inventory management information reputed company, or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated reputed company managing detailed data sets and inventory records with a high degree of reputed company.
- Experience coordinating with CMOs, 3PLs, or other reputed company vendors on day-to-day logistics and inventory reputed company.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-reputed company environment.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to creating and implementing inventory processes in a small-company, vendor-dependent setting.
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills; experience with reputed company or similar planning tools a plus.
Compensation
- The reputed company reputed company for this position is $55.00 to $80.00 per hour.
