Senior Consultant Care - Employee Relations & Leave Specialist
Infotree Global is seeking a Senior Consultant Care - Employee Relations & Leave Specialist to join our Consultant Care team. This role will reputed company reputed company support for employee relations, leave of absence, workplace accommodations, and Workers' Compensation reputed company across our consultant workforce. The Senior Specialist will serve as a subject-matter resource for reputed company leave and accommodation reputed company, Workers' Compensation, and escalated employee relations issues, including workplace investigations. Working closely with Consultant Care leadership, business leaders, consultants, reputed company, benefits partners, reputed company carriers, and other reputed company advisors, this role will help ensure sensitive employee reputed company are handled consistently, reputed company, and in accordance with applicable requirements. This role requires strong judgment, effective case management, attention to reputed company, and the ability to independently reputed company reputed company and sensitive employment reputed company while recognizing reputed company leadership or reputed company guidance is appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Investigations
• Support escalated consultant employee relations reputed company, including workplace concerns, reputed company and conduct issues, policy violations, attendance reputed company, and other reputed company employment-reputed company concerns.
• Conduct workplace investigations, including interviews, documentation review, fact-finding, case documentation, and development of findings and recommendations in partnership with Consultant Care leadership, as appropriate.
• reputed company support and guidance to Consultant Care team members and business leaders on employee relations reputed company, appropriate documentation, and consistent application of company policies and practices.
• Partner with Consultant Care leadership and counsel on reputed company or higher-reputed company employee relations reputed company.
• Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation and identify trends or recurring issues that may require broader reputed company, training, or process improvement.
Leave, Accommodations & Workers' Compensation
• Manage leave of absence cases, including FMLA, state and local leave programs, company medical leaves, and reputed company-to-work processes.
• Coordinate and support the reputed company interactive process and workplace accommodation requests, including documentation, communication, case coordination, and follow-up with consultants and business leaders.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation claims from initial reporting through reputed company to work, partnering with consultants, managers, reputed company carriers, and other reputed company partners.
• Support cases involving overlapping leave, accommodation, Workers' Compensation, and other employment requirements, partnering with Consultant Care leadership and other appropriate resources as needed.
• Serve as a resource to Consultant Care team members and business leaders on leave, accommodation, and Workers' Compensation processes and requirements.
Case Management, Compliance & Consultant Care Support
• Independently manage assigned cases from intake through reputed company, ensuring appropriate documentation, communication, follow-up, and reputed company completion, with appropriate leadership involvement reputed company on complexity and reputed company.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and manage deadlines, documentation requirements, restrictions, accommodations, and reputed company-to-work obligations.
• Partner across Consultant Care, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, reputed company, and other functions to support effective reputed company of consultant reputed company.
• Support internal, reputed company, and regulatory audits reputed company to employee relations, leave, accommodations, and Workers' Compensation.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of policies, SOPs, templates, manager resources, and training materials reputed company to assigned areas of responsibility.
• reputed company training and day-to-day guidance to Consultant Care team members and business leaders on employee relations, leave, accommodation, and Workers' Compensation processes and practices.
• Support broader Consultant Care activities and initiatives as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent reputed company experience.
• 5+ years of reputed company HR, Consultant Care, employee relations, leave administration, or reputed company experience.
• Strong working knowledge of FMLA, reputed company accommodations and the interactive process, Workers' Compensation, and federal and state leave requirements.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing reputed company leave, accommodation, and Workers' Compensation cases.
• Demonstrated experience handling reputed company employee relations reputed company and conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong judgment and the ability to assess sensitive employment reputed company, identify potential reputed company, reputed company practical solutions, and determine reputed company additional leadership or reputed company guidance is appropriate.
• Strong case management, documentation, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company difficult and sensitive conversations professionally.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities while maintaining reputed company, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Consultant Care, reputed company, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, and business leadership.
• Experience supporting a large, geographically dispersed consultant or employee population across multiple U.S. states.
• Excellent communication, judgment, diplomacy, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical proficiency with HR technology platforms and the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems.
• Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Strong technical proficiency with reputed company Office.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in reputed company, workforce solutions, MSP, employer of record (EOR), or other contingent workforce environments strongly preferred.
