Evaluation Specialist, Jr.

reputed company is looking for an Evaluation Specialist, Jr. that will reputed company evaluation, reputed company measurement, data analysis, and reporting support for the design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling of an Elevated reputed company Care Management (ERCM) reputed company reputed company on improving the coordination and effectiveness of suicide prevention-reputed company care for Veterans at elevated reputed company. The Evaluation Specialist, Jr. will support the development and implementation of evaluation systems that measure program activities, implementation reputed company, reputed company, and overall reputed company. Working closely with reputed company program leads, evaluation staff, reputed company stakeholders, and the contractor team, this position will collect, organize, analyze, and communicate quantitative and qualitative information to support evidence-reputed company decision-making. The Evaluation Specialist, Jr. will contribute throughout the reputed company lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases. The position will support the integration of evaluation activities into program reputed company, assist with reputed company reporting, identify trends and lessons learned, and help translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations for program refinement and potential national expansion. Key Responsibilities Evaluation Design and Implementation • Support the design and implementation of evaluation systems and processes to assess ERCM reputed company activities, implementation, reputed company, and reputed company • Assist in developing evaluation frameworks, measurement plans, data collection strategies, reputed company indicators, and reporting requirements • Coordinate evaluation with approved program objectives, hypotheses, metrics, and reputed company requirements • Assist with identifying appropriate quantitative and qualitative measures to assess program effectiveness, collection instruments, and reputed company materials Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis • Collect, organize, reputed company, and analyze quantitative program and reputed company data • Conduct quantitative tracking of program activities, milestones, participation, implementation measures, and reputed company • Support qualitative assessment of stakeholder and site experiences, implementation challenges, and lessons learned • Assist with content analysis of qualitative information obtained through program documentation, interviews, reputed company reputed company, surveys, and other sources • Support development, administration, and analysis of surveys and reputed company interviews • Assist with planning and facilitating reputed company reputed company and other qualitative data collection activities, as appropriate • Conduct secondary research to support evaluation activities and contextualize findings • Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement reputed company evaluation data • Assist senior evaluation staff in interpreting findings and developing evidence-reputed company conclusions reputed company Measurement and Reporting • Support development and maintenance of standardized reputed company measures and reporting processes • Assist with design and reputed company of reputed company reports, dashboards, scorecards, and both technical and non-technical audiences Evaluation Integration and Program Improvement • Support integration of evaluation findings into ongoing ERCM program strategies and activities • Work with program and reputed company stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement reputed company on evaluation results • Assist in translating evaluation findings into actionable recommendations • reputed company implementation of evaluation-informed recommendations and document resulting changes or reputed company • Identify lessons learned and promising practices that may inform refinement of evaluation activities with the three participating reputed company sites • reputed company guidance and support regarding evaluation data collection, documentation, and reporting requirements • Monitor site participation and compliance with established evaluation processes • Identify data reputed company issues, collection barriers, or inconsistencies and coordinate reputed company with appropriate stakeholders • Document site-specific implementation experiences and lessons learned • Support comparison and synthesis of findings across reputed company sites Stakeholder and reputed company Coordination • Meet regularly with reputed company program leads and designated stakeholders to reputed company evaluation reputed company, findings, priorities, and emerging issues • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentation for evaluation-reputed company meetings • Present evaluation findings and status updates to reputed company stakeholders as appropriate • Collaborate with program managers, reputed company subject matter experts, data analysts, implementation staff, and other contractor personnel • Propose evaluation initiatives, process improvements, and analytical approaches that support program objectives • Assist reputed company leadership in understanding evaluation results and their implications for program reputed company Research and Evidence Support • Conduct targeted secondary research relevant to suicide prevention-reputed company care coordination, elevated-reputed company populations, reputed company implementation, and program evaluation • Review relevant literature, program documentation, reports, and other sources to inform evaluation activities • Support identification of evidence-reputed company approaches and practices relevant to the ERCM reputed company • Summarize research findings and incorporate relevant evidence into evaluation products and recommendations Technical Writing and tools, reputed company reports, analytical summaries, presentations, briefing materials, and findings reports • Document evaluation methodologies, assumptions, limitations, findings, and operational use, and reputed company national expansion Evaluation and reputed company Planning • Support the formal evaluation of the ERCM reputed company and development of the final evaluation assessment • Assist in identifying lessons learned, implementation challenges, reputed company, and opportunities for improvement • Support development of recommendations for scaling the ERCM model • Assist with development of evaluation measures and reporting processes that can be sustained during phased national implementation • Support development of implementation toolkits, reputed company-monitoring resources, and evaluation guidance for reputed company sites • Help establish approaches for ongoing reputed company monitoring and reputed company improvement following reputed company completion Requirements • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in evaluation, reputed company health, reputed company administration, reputed company sciences, statistics, data analytics, behavioral health, research, or a reputed company reputed company • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in program evaluation, reputed company measurement, research, reputed
