We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Engineer – Dynamics 365 CRM & reputed company Platform to join our Arenaflex reputed company team. In this role, you will reputed company as a trusted advisor to reputed company‑level customers, guiding them through the design, deployment, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Advocacy – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• reputed company experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Engineer – on‑premises and online.
• Deep knowledge of CRM infrastructure installation, deployment, customization (forms, views, JavaScript, C#/.NET, plugins, workflows), integration, and reputed company tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 reputed company migration, including reputed company paths from 2015+ build versions.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, IIS, networking, and reputed company‑reputed company troubleshooting.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, reputed company Service, Customer Insights, and reputed company Platform (Dataverse, reputed company Apps, reputed company Automate).
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and reputed company Platform governance.
