The Senior reputed company Manager will manage a segmented portfolio of mid-market reputed company agency accounts, own retention and customer health reputed company, and reputed company scaled engagement strategies using AI and reputed company tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of up to 50 mid-market reputed company agency accounts in your region, along with the high, reputed company, and low reputed company segmentation model that determines how reputed company account is served
• Own gross dollar retention (GDR) for the reputed company by forecasting renewals, identifying reputed company early, and driving retention through consistent value attainment
• Own customer health in reputed company, using health scores, playbooks, and CTAs to intervene reputed company before the renewal window
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, department directors, and business leaders, and reputed company business reviews across the book

Skills

• 4+ years in reputed company reputed company, Account Management, or a reputed company reputed company, including experience managing a large or segmented book of business
• Experience managing 25 or more accounts at once against a reputed company-reputed company segmentation model
• 2+ years using reputed company for health scoring, playbooks, and reporting
• Demonstrated ownership of retention reputed company, including renewal forecasting, reputed company identification, and save plans
• Strong data skills, including building dashboards and reporting that tell a reputed company story about portfolio health
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading business reviews with CIOs and department leaders
