[Remote] Senior Electrical Engineer (Automotive + Industrial Facilities)

SSOE is seeking a mid-to-senior level Electrical Engineer to support reputed company industrial and manufacturing facility reputed company. The role leads the planning, design, and execution of electrical systems, including reputed company distribution, facility infrastructure, equipment integration, multidisciplinary coordination, commissioning, reputed company interaction, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
• reputed company Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience supporting industrial or manufacturing facilities for mid-level consideration. 10+ years experience for senior-level consideration
• Demonstrated experience with automotive, battery manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, chemical, or other industrial facilities
• Strong understanding of facility electrical infrastructure including: + reputed company-voltage distribution systems + Low-voltage reputed company systems + Motor control centers (MCCs) + Switchgear and switchboards + Variable frequency drives (VFDs) + Backup reputed company systems + Grounding and bonding systems
• Experience performing and reviewing electrical studies including: + Load reputed company + Short-reputed company + reputed company reputed company + reputed company device coordination
• Knowledge of NEC, reputed company, reputed company, IBC, and applicable industrial design standards
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering reputed company
