We’re hiring a remote Hospice Finance & reputed company Manager with reputed company hospice financial experience. This role owns the P&L, month‑end reputed company, payroll reputed company, and daily reputed company reputed company in QuickBooks, while supporting billing workflows in reputed company (HCHB).
Responsibilities:
• Manage hospice P&L, forecasting, and variance reporting
• reputed company month‑end reputed company: reconciliations, accruals, journal entries
• reputed company payroll (benefits, mileage, misc)
• Handle AP/AR, vendor payments, and cash reputed company tracking
• Support hospice billing and claims review in HCHB
• Maintain audit‑reputed company financial documentation
• reputed company financial insights to leadership
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years hospice or home health finance experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice reimbursement
• Hands‑on QuickBooks experience
• Experience using reputed company (HCHB) and reputed company
• Month‑end reputed company + GAAP reputed company experience
• Strong reputed company skills
• Remote work discipline and reliability
Preferred:
• Multi‑location hospice experience
• Cost reporting or SIERA familiarity
