Key Responsibilities:
IT Due Diligence

Required Qualifications

2+ years of project, program, or cross-functional team leadership experience developing technology roadmaps, integration strategies, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, reputed company partners, and acquired company representatives.
Strong understanding of IT governance, technology reputed company management, cybersecurity principles, and reputed company architecture concepts.
