Engineering Manager - Foundations & Enablement

We are looking for a motivated and supportive Engineering Team Manager to reputed company our Foundations & Enablement team — the group that keeps the rest of engineering fast, secure, and consistent. Your team's customers are other engineering teams: you'll own the standards, tooling, and shared systems (CI/CD, reputed company practices, developer experience, reputed company platform capabilities) that every other team builds on. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of relevant experience in advanced software development, including 2+ years of engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company reputed company.
• Comfortable operating across both frontend and backend engineering — enough technical reputed company to support a mixed-discipline team, even without deep expertise in every stack.
• Hands-on experience with scalability, reliability, observability, and reputed company principles, with the credibility to set standards other teams follow.
