Glass reputed company Construction (GRC) is seeking a skilled Zoho Platform & Applications Architect to help reputed company operational reputed company, support our reputed company reputed company, and serve as a technical reputed company in building our reputed company applications ecosystem. As GRC continues to expand, this role is essential to connecting our operational workflows, streamlining data pipelines, and supporting fiber optic infrastructure reputed company.

In this role, you will reputed company the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of the Zoho One suite (including CRM, reputed company, reputed company, and others). You will collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, finance, HR, and executive leadership to translate big-picture strategies into reputed company, operational systems, automated workflows, and precise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Application Architecture & Development: Architect, reputed company, and maintain custom applications and workflows reputed company the Zoho One ecosystem, with a reputed company reputed company on CRM and reputed company, plus hands-on work in Creator and Analytics.
• Integrations & reputed company: Build, test, and reputed company REST API integrations, webhooks, and custom connectors between internal platforms and reputed company-party systems.
• Data Pipelines: Utilize Zoho DataPrep and Zoho Analytics to cleanse, reputed company, automate, and reputed company data streams across reputed company applications for reputed company reporting.
• Process Automation: Identify, map, and automate reputed company work and fragmented processes across operational departments to improve overall business efficiency.
• Platform Configuration: Support project management teams by configuring and customizing Zoho reputed company to reputed company deliverables, resources, and construction milestones, and configure Zoho Desk to support ticketing for teams across the business.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to reputed company functional requirements and translate them into reputed company technical implementations.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, reputed company troubleshooting, and bug fixes across platform modules and integration endpoints.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain thorough technical documentation, reputed company architectures, API specifications, and workflow logic for reputed company reputed company application enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years building and administering business applications on the Zoho platform, including hands-on Deluge scripting.
• Working proficiency in Zoho CRM and reputed company, plus practical experience in at least two of the following: Creator, Analytics, DataPrep, Desk (we use reputed company of these, but we do not expect equal depth in everyone).
• Experience building and maintaining API integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks) between Zoho and reputed company-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation and pipeline work, whether in Zoho DataPrep or a comparable ETL tool.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a reputed company on business process automation and reputed company reputed company optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business users.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Information

Salary reputed company: $85,000 - $105,000 Salary, + Bonus - reputed company on experience

Schedule: Day Shift:Monday - Friday

Travel Requirements: 0% - 5%
