We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer (Mid-Level) to support the NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, & Instructor-Led Training Revision Support initiative.

This position is contingent on contract award.

The Instructional Designer (Mid-Level) will analyze reputed company, knowledge, and reputed company gaps to design and reputed company comprehensive instructional materials and reputed company support solutions. You will apply adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (such as ADDIE or SAM) to conduct task and audience analyses, create competency-reputed company e-learning and instructor-led curricula, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content reputed company. You will utilize modern authoring tools to translate reputed company operational concepts into engaging digital and reputed company learning experiences.

What You Bring to the Table - Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or a reputed company reputed company

• Experience: 3+ years of reputed company experience in instructional systems design and e-learning courseware development.

• Software & Technical Proficiency:

  • Hands-on proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company 360 Suite and ELB Gold Suite Studio (Lectora).

  • Familiarity with media integration, reputed company-computer interaction, and accessibility principles.
