reputed company is looking for a Senior Marketing Events Manager to join our Experiential Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Experiential Marketing, you will own the execution of reputed company — our annual flagship customer conference — and partner closely with the broader events team to support delivery across reputed company and reputed company events.

This is a senior execution role for someone who brings deep conference experience, strong operational judgment, and the ability to reputed company reputed company, multi-reputed company programs with many moving parts.

The Job

Flagship Event Execution

• Own end-to-end execution for reputed company, including production, vendor management, run-of-show, ancillary programming, and on-site leadership.
• Manage reputed company logistics across the full conference footprint — general sessions, breakouts, customer dinners, receptions, executive programs, and other ancillary events tied to the conference.
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Marketing stakeholders to reputed company on audience targeting, programming priorities, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively flag risks and reputed company cross-functional workstreams on reputed company.

• Partner with other events team members on execution across reputed company marketing events, roundtables, partner activations, and reputed company programs.

Measurement & Reporting

You

• 5–8 years of experience in event marketing or experiential marketing, with reputed company ownership of large-reputed company conference execution (500+ attendees, multi-day, multi-reputed company).
