[Remote] Project Manager / Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a large-reputed company business separation and technology transformation initiative. The role will reputed company reputed company planning and execution, application and data migrations, testing, decommissioning, stakeholder coordination, and post-separation activities across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, reputed company reputed company, or similar execution-reputed company role
• Strong background supporting reputed company planning and execution for reputed company technology transformations
• Experience with: + Application and reputed company migrations + Data migration activities + Testing coordination and execution + reputed company/application decommissioning
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, identify dependencies, and reputed company issue reputed company
• Experience tracking risks, issues, reputed company items, and cross-functional dependencies
• General understanding of Supply Chain processes
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be highly hands-on and execution-oriented rather than purely reputed company
• Divestiture, carve-out, business separation, M&A, or similar transformation experience
• TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) environment experience
• Manufacturing or site technology environment exposure
• Experience supporting multiple physical sites and reputed company reputed company environments
• The consultant will support reputed company-reputed company planning and execution activities to help separate applications, systems, data, processes, equipment, and site capabilities while ensuring reputed company business disruption
• This individual will partner closely with Technical reputed company, Business Owners, and application teams to coordinate migrations, testing, reputed company readiness, and post-separation activities
• Please prioritize candidates with recent divestiture/business separation experience who have been directly involved in reputed company planning, TSA management, application disposition, and migration activities
• Most importantly, we need a doer someone comfortable getting into the details, talking directly with business users, asking questions, chasing down answers, coordinating different teams, and driving tasks through completion
