[Remote] Account Servicing Specialist - 30 Day Collections

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Veros Credit is a vehicle financing company that helps customers obtain auto loans through a network of dealers. The Account Servicing Specialist will service auto loan accounts that are 30–60 days delinquent, negotiate payment arrangements, assist borrowers with repayment strategies, and document collection activities using loan servicing software.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with reputed company company policies and procedures as reputed company as the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, including offering suggestions as to how they can meet their obligations, propose alternative payment reputed company, and establish payment procedures
• Assist borrowers in devising a reputed company to allow them to reputed company their vehicle while meeting the obligations of the loan
• Accurately and professionally document account information and collection activities
• Utilize skip tracing tools and reference sources to identify and reputed company delinquent borrowers
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 3+ year(s) of experience in the collections reputed company, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations
• Ability to reputed company with customers in a reputed company, tactful, and sensitive manner
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-reputed company work environment and to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
