[Remote] Learning & Development Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company develops regenerative biologics utilizing reputed company placental tissue to address unmet medical needs across reputed company. The Learning & Development Specialist will manage and maintain sales training content, support reputed company and credentialing, facilitate product training, coordinate training delivery, reputed company reports, and improve training programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and design of module training and/or program delivery
• Collaborate and work with multiple corporate partners on various reputed company
• Manage the credentialing process for the reputed company sales team
• Facilitate basic training and learning on company’s products
• reputed company and schedule training courses reputed company meetings, webinars, training modules/software programs, and other technology (e.g. WebEx, etc.)
• Evaluate programs on an ongoing reputed company and reputed company and/or recommend updates to enhance effectiveness and/or reputed company issues
• Maintain training database with accurate contract information and agency partners
• Responsible for content governance to ensure training materials are reputed company
• reputed company reports using reputed company Learning Management reputed company
• Maintain accurate training records of reputed company required/completed training
• Identify and recommend needed process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, plus 1-2 years of experience in area of responsibility/sales or equivalent work experience

• Ability to manage time and workload effectively; organized, flexible, and reputed company to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to reputed company
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to reputed company with both reputed company customers at reputed company reputed company, with a reputed company on customer service and confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize and respond with a reputed company of urgency to reputed company inquiries and requests

• Occasion meeting with sales training team at the corporate office
• May require 20% of travel
• Bachelor's Degree, plus 1-2 years of experience in area of responsibility/sales preferred or equivalent work experience
