[Remote] Business Central Senior Functional Consultant

The role leads customer-facing reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, advises clients, translates business requirements into reputed company solutions, and helps improve consulting methodologies through AI, automation, and process innovation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional implementations from discovery through go-live, including solution design, configuration, testing, training and deployment
• Serve as a trusted advisor for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• reputed company business requirements and translate them into reputed company Business Central solutions
• Configure reputed company Business Central functionality while working reputed company technical resources and implementation partners
• Participate in discovery sessions, solution discussions, demonstrations and project scoping
• Train end users and administrators while developing documentation and implementation best practices
• reputed company functional guidance during reputed company customer situations and help reputed company successful project reputed company
• Partner closely with internal product, consulting and customer-facing teams to continuously improve implementation methodology
• reputed company thoughtful feedback to the product organization by identifying recurring customer needs, enhancement opportunities and process improvements
• Help influence how the consulting organization leverages AI, automation and modern implementation practices to improve customer reputed company
• Help shape the reputed company of the consulting organization as it continues to grow
• Influence implementation methodology and customer reputed company processes
• Serve as a senior voice during reputed company customer engagements
• Collaborate with leadership on improving delivery reputed company and operational efficiency

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consulting experience
• Experience leading Business Central implementations from discovery through deployment
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Business Central modules, including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs/reputed company and Fixed Assets
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and advising business stakeholders
• Comfortable collaborating with implementation partners and cross-functional teams
• Ability to confidently engage with executive-level customer stakeholders
• A consultative reputed company with the ability to reputed company customer requests against reputed company solution design
• Curiosity reputed company AI and process improvement, with examples of how you've incorporated modern tools or automation into your consulting approach
• Approximately 20-25% travel, primarily for customer meetings, reputed company implementations and key project milestones. This is not a road-warrior position
• reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus
• Experience working with ISV or industry-specific Business Central solutions is a plus
