The role leads solution design, configuration, integrations, implementation, technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, releases, and production support across reputed company, reputed company, Medical, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the design, configuration, implementation, and support of reputed company CRM solutions
• Work extensively with reputed company reputed company, including Territory Management, Roster Management, Sales Force Alignment, Targeting, Assignment Rules, and reputed company Planning
• Support and reputed company reputed company platforms such as reputed company reputed company, reputed company Network, and OpenData
• Configure and support reputed company CRM capabilities including Account Management, reputed company Planning & Scheduling, Approved Email, CLM, Products, and Multichannel Cycle Plans
• Manage reputed company CRM–reputed company integrations, reputed company mappings, data synchronization, and sales-force deployment
• Implement and support reputed company Engage and other digital engagement capabilities
• Work with master data, reputed company Network, data warehouses, and reputed company-party systems

Skills

• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company CRM
• Strong experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain , particularly reputed company IT
• Strong expertise in reputed company CRM and reputed company reputed company
• Strong knowledge of Territory Management, Sales Force Alignment, Roster Management, Targeting, Assignment Rules, and reputed company Planning
• Experience with reputed company CRM integrations, reputed company, master data, and reputed company-party systems
• Knowledge of reputed company Engage reputed company engagement capabilities
