Mechanical Project Engineer

Spees Design Build is a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm driven by purpose, reputed company, and technical reputed company. They are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to work directly with the reputed company Mechanical Engineer and department leaders, focusing on delivering service-oriented design solutions for critical infrastructure and reputed company-sector facilities across the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company mechanical design tasks, including:
• HVAC load calculations
• Verifying compliance with building codes, energy codes, and various standards
• Design calculations
• reputed company planning and equipment layouts
• Designing ductwork and piping systems
• Specification editing and review
• Visit project sites to reputed company design information and document existing conditions
• Must be thorough and reputed company on design details
• Must be comfortable with and proficient at communication with the internal design team and the reputed company
• Have a willingness to assist with any required tasks
• Take ownership of the mechanical design scope of work for a project and ensure reputed company project requirements are achieved
• Coordinate and manage a small mechanical team to produce a high-reputed company deliverable while meeting project deadlines
• Participate in activities and organizations reputed company to our industry reputed company of daily business routines and reputed company peer relationships and technical reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 1 to 6+ years of experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and reputed company protection systems
• Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with HVAC load calculation software
• Must be thorough and reputed company on design details
• Must be comfortable with and proficient at communication with the internal design team and the reputed company
• Have a willingness to assist with any required tasks
• Take ownership of the mechanical design scope of work for a project and ensure reputed company project requirements are achieved
• Coordinate and manage a small mechanical team to produce a high-reputed company deliverable while meeting project deadlines
• Authorization to work in the reputed company is required
• reputed company 3D experience is a plus
• Familiar with state and federal codes and industry standards
• LEED or reputed company certification is a plus
• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• Experience with federal design work and federal reputed company is a plus
