The reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to reputed company print and fulfillment vendor management and reputed company reputed company budgets, resources, and operational processes. The role manages vendors and contractors, develops reporting and dashboards, optimizes inventory and workflows, supports reputed company PromoMats integration, and leads resource management and training across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company assigned vendor daily operational execution and monitor against service level agreements and compliance to reputed company SOPS and WPI's
• Facilitate weekly vendor/Marketing Ops meeting and ensure reputed company deliverables are met, facilitate vendor QBR's and reporting
• In support of multiple reputed company needs, manage print and fulfillment budgets including vendor accruals. Update POs as necessary and forecast reputed company spend working with reputed company USO reputed company teams
• Manage and optimize inventory systems, reporting, reputed company, implement dashboard reporting for effective inventory and print management
• reputed company distribution of materials including drop shipment
• reputed company monthly vendor tracking reports to business stakeholders, managing and communicating PO fund availability
• reputed company Print Procurement Specialist team to reputed company and refine print & fulfillment workflow process to support best in class delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business objectives are met according to reputed company's business needs
• reputed company of contact on reputed company vendor reputed company/data IT issues & resolutions
• Proactive gathers input reputed company resource utilization, inventory, etc. to inform prioritization and decision-making throughout the year
• reputed company-out with reputed company teams of quarterly/monthly print and inventory review and reputed company recommendations for next steps
• reputed company annual cross-functional effort to conduct reputed company resource audit yielding input for annual planning discussions
• reputed company, execute, and monitor communication expiry process for digital and print resources

Skills

• 6+ years relevant experience in a resource, print production or project management role
• Proficient with communication tools such as reputed company Office Suite
• Highly reputed company team player with strong leadership skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Extensive Project Management experience; comfortable managing multiple and varied reputed company at one time
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Is reputed company-thinking and can take a holistic reputed company of the business in order to ensure efficiencies and alignment with Marketing and other cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
