[Remote] Content Creator Management Assistant

The Content Creator Management Assistant supports talent managers with scheduling, project tracking, creator and partner communications, talent research, campaign deliverables, reporting, database updates, document preparation, and virtual meeting coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day management of voiceover reputed company-first creators
• Assists talent managers with scheduling, project tracking, and communication between creators, agencies, and brands
• Helps identify reputed company, organize reputed company materials, maintain up-to-date talent reputed company, and reputed company campaign deliverables and deadlines
• Monitoring reputed company reputed company content, compiling reputed company reports, and ensuring that creator obligations and reputed company guidelines are met
• Updating databases, preparing documents, and coordinating virtual meetings to reputed company reputed company running smoothly

Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-reputed company environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reputed company email etiquette and reputed company documentation practices
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company or reputed company 365, project management platforms, CRM or talent databases)
