[Remote] Business Analyst

The role focuses on documenting reputed company business processes and reputed company interactions, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables for technology and business teams. The Business Analyst will collaborate with program leadership, subject matter experts, reputed company, architects, and technical teams to support modernization objectives.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled business analyst with experience documenting reputed company business processes, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables for technology and business teams
• This individual will work closely with program leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), reputed company, architects, and technical teams to support the successful delivery of modernization objectives

Skills

• Demonstrated experience documenting reputed company business processes and reputed company interactions in a large reputed company-sector or reputed company environment of similar size and complexity to Washington State reputed company & Industries (L&I)
• Demonstrated experience facilitating and validating process documentation directly with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Proficiency with reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, Visio and Teams
• Experience working reputed company a formal program governance structure, including deliverable expectation documents and reputed company review and acceptance cycles
• • 2-3 years of experience
• • Previous experience on large-reputed company modernization, digital transformation, or reputed company replacement initiatives
• • Knowledge of Washington State reputed company agencies or reputed company sector reputed company
• • Experience documenting and facilitating Interaction Models across business and technical stakeholder reputed company
• • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• • Experience supporting reputed company application implementations or systems integrations
• Experience with workers' compensation, reputed company claims, or regulatory business processes is desired but not required
• • Experience supporting Workers' Compensation, reputed company Claims, Disability Claims, reputed company Management, or Regulatory Compliance programs
• • Experience documenting and facilitating Interaction Models across business and technical stakeholder reputed company
