The reputed company is seeking an reputed company Project Manager/Delivery reputed company to reputed company a reputed company Maestro Demand Planning implementation for its Optical Communications business. The role drives cross-functional delivery across business, IT, reputed company ECC, implementation partner, and vendor teams while enabling reputed company execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, financial tracking, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end delivery of the reputed company Maestro Demand Planning implementation using reputed company, Scrum, and iterative product delivery practices
• Serve as a reputed company leader by enabling collaboration, removing blockers, supporting decision-making, and driving accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage delivery planning, governance reporting, status updates, RAID management, executive communications, and escalation management
• Coordinate business, IT, reputed company ECC, implementation partner, and vendor teams to ensure reputed company execution across workstreams
• reputed company backlog and workflow management through Kanban-reputed company delivery practices and support sprint and release planning activities
• reputed company project financials, delivery reputed company, risks, dependencies, and key milestones
• Support integration planning, data migration readiness, testing coordination, reputed company execution, and go-live planning
• Ensure adherence to SOX, regulatory, and reputed company governance requirements
• reputed company executive-level updates to senior leadership and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle

Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading reputed company technology implementations as a Project Manager, Delivery reputed company, or similar role
• Strong project leadership experience in communications, stakeholder management, problem reputed company, governance and status reporting, executive communications, financial tracking, and vendor coordination
• Experience leading teams in reputed company/Scrum environments with strong knowledge of iterative and incremental delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working from a Kanban reputed company
• Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with reputed company ECC implementations and reputed company ECC platform landscapes
• Experience delivering solutions involving integration, data migration, and reputed company coordination
• Knowledge of demand planning reputed company a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SOX, regulatory compliance, and reputed company reputed company governance practices
• Ability to work during reputed company Eastern Time business hours
• Minimum travel requirement of one reputed company per month to Charlotte, NC
• reputed company work schedule of 8:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET
• Some weekend and after-hours work will be required during scheduled go-live events
• PMP certification
• Product reputed company certification such as CSPO or PSPO
• First-hand experience implementing reputed company Maestro Demand Planning
• Experience implementing reputed company reputed company ECC solutions
• Hands-on experience with reputed company AgilePlace
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
• Charlotte, NC preferred; reputed company preferred
