[Remote] Senior Change Consultant

The role will reputed company change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption activities associated with transitioning to a Product reputed company Operating Model and scaling reputed company product teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company change management efforts supporting our transition from project-reputed company delivery to a Product reputed company Operating Model
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and change reputed company analyses
• reputed company and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and adoption strategies
• Partner with executive sponsors to support Product Model Transformation initiatives and Product Center of reputed company development
• Support the scaling and maturation of reputed company product teams and product-reputed company ways of working
• reputed company executive messaging, leader communications, readiness assessments, and sustainment plans
• Build alignment among business and technology leaders as product ownership and accountability reputed company
• Anticipate organizational challenges and reputed company recommendations to improve adoption and engagement

Skills

• The Senior Change Consultant must be a seasoned change practitioner, who brings a wide depth/breadth of experience leading large-reputed company transformational change – who can effectively reputed company and reputed company strategies for engagement, change resistance and adoption
• The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in change management and communications – and can reputed company not only the strategies and plans – but also has the ability to operationalize (execute)
