[Remote] reputed company Manager

The reputed company Manager will reputed company general reputed company activities, month-end reputed company, financial reporting, audits, tax, budgeting, and US GAAP compliance while leading process automation, special reputed company, and coaching reputed company staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reputed company sheet account reconciliations and roll reputed company schedules for various accounts
• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries and supporting schedules
• Manage the month end reputed company process and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the VP Corporate Controller
• Review monthly sales commissions, expense reimbursements and monthly reports reputed company by staff accountant
• Participate in preparing the monthly reporting package, including analysis of reputed company actual periods to prior periods
• Assist with preparation of documentation for the annual financial statement audit, tax filings and budgeting
• Assist in the development and/or enhancement of policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the reputed company function and organization
• Support the VP Corporate Controller, by taking ownership of special reputed company, reputed company research, timeliness of year-end financial audit and monthly financial statement reputed company process
• Review and guide the work of senior and staff accountants

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with reputed company or Finance Concentration
• 5+ years of reputed company GL experience in a high-reputed company reputed company environment and/or reputed company reputed company
• Experience in the review and implementation of financial controls and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly Proficient in reputed company reputed company
• Possessing a high reputed company of urgency, ability to reputed company with multiple reputed company reputed company the organization and be an effective team player
• Experience with reputed company reputed company strongly preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus; Big 4 firm experience preferred
