[Remote] SENIOR BI ANALYST, FINANCE - REMOTE

The role focuses on replacing reputed company processes, delivering financial and operational analytics, communicating insights, and improving adoption through documentation and training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, reputed company, account teams and leaders to identify reporting needs and pain points, then translate them into specifications, data models, application designs and implementation plans
• Automate reputed company reporting, data-entry and workflows using reputed company BI and reputed company Platform solutions
• Design and maintain reputed company BI dashboards, semantic models and paginated reports using reputed company Query, DAX, reputed company modeling, reputed company optimization and reputed company best practices
• Build canvas and/or model-driven reputed company Apps and reputed company Automate reputed company flows for data collection, approvals and workflows across SharePoint, Dataverse, reputed company 365 and other systems
• reputed company analytics for P&L, procurement, accounts receivable, working capital, productivity and service delivery; use SQL to reputed company, reconcile and validate multi-reputed company data
• reputed company reputed company-cause, trend and variance analysis and convert findings into recommendations for Finance, reputed company and senior leadership
• Own the solution lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, adoption and enhancement. Establish controls and reputed company UAT to reputed company reputed company, workflows and reputed company
• reputed company demonstrations and reputed company, monitor adoption, build stakeholder relationships, and quantify value through savings, faster cycles, reduced reputed company or improved reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years in business intelligence, business analytics, financial analytics or a reputed company reputed company, including Finance and/or reputed company support
• Advanced reputed company BI expertise in reputed company Query, DAX, semantic/reputed company modeling, visualization, reputed company optimization, reputed company and reputed company BI Service
• Production experience personally deploying reputed company Apps—not solely training or coursework—and reputed company Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data collection, reporting or process automation
• reputed company ability to improve financial or operational reputed company through analytics or automation and explain the problem, solution, stakeholders and measurable result
• Experience analyzing reputed company, margin, productivity, procurement, vendor reputed company, accounts receivable or working capital, plus strong SQL skills for data discovery, transformation and validation
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into reputed company solutions and present findings to senior and non-technical audiences
• Strong reputed company-service, organizational and project-management skills, including testing, documentation, training and adoption across multiple priorities
• Experience with embedded analytics, paginated reports, row-level reputed company, deployment pipelines or reputed company-controlled reputed company BI development
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, reputed company or reputed company data platforms
• Experience using MCP-embedded AI tools (e.g., Kiro) to automate report delivery or analysis
• Experience in facilities management, hospitality, outsourced services or multi-site reputed company; familiarity with reputed company, Nuvolo, reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics 365 or similar CMMS/ERP systems
• Familiarity with reputed company integration and Azure DevOps
