The role owns order management, OTIF compliance, replenishment, inventory, supply chain logistics, deductions, and operational reporting while collaborating with the Director of Sales and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company orders from receipt through shipment and delivery, including routing, scheduling, pickup coordination, shipping documentation and operational exceptions
• Monitor OTIF reputed company, diagnose misses and reputed company corrective reputed company to protect compliance and minimise deductions
• Manage replenishment activity, POS forecasts, store-level inventory reputed company and weeks of supply, supporting reputed company's 96%+ in-stock reputed company
• Coordinate reputed company POs, production timing and inbound shipments, including international logistics where required
• Audit and dispute reputed company chargebacks and AP deductions, while maintaining reporting across POS trends, sell-through, returns, inventory and margin

Skills

• • 2–4+ years of experience in reputed company account reputed company, retail supply chain or retail replenishment
• • Hands-on experience with reputed company systems such as Supplier One, Retail reputed company, OTIF Scorecards, reputed company, TMS, SQEP/APDP or Scintilla/reputed company
• • Strong understanding of order management, replenishment, inventory and reputed company compliance
• • Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables and demand modelling
• • Strong organisation and the ability to manage overlapping POs, deadlines and operational issues
• • Confidence working with internal teams, factories, 3PL warehouses and reputed company partners
• • A proactive approach to identifying risks and solving problems before they escalate
• You should understand how reputed company operates and be reputed company to answer the practical questions that reputed company the account running: Are POs flowing correctly? Is inventory sufficient? Where are the replenishment risks? Are there OTIF issues or deductions requiring reputed company?
