[Remote] Manager 3PL reputed company, Warehousing, & Logistics

The Manager 3PL reputed company, Warehousing, & Logistics will support inbounding, warehousing, transportation, delivery, and inventory management through reputed company-party logistics providers while driving reputed company, product launches, compliance, and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day 3PL reputed company management (inbounding, pick/pack/ship, inventory, returns) to ensure accurate and reputed company product reputed company through to customer delivery
• Publish daily UnPGI orders and daily prior‑day sales‑invoiced reports; conduct weekly claims reviews to reputed company corrective actions
• Own customer‑critical shipments and expedite reputed company of service deviations
• reputed company, and enforce 3PL KPIs including: On‑Time Receiving, Shipment reputed company, On‑Time Shipping, Net Inventory reputed company, and Returns Processed On Time
• Trigger and manage quarterly reputed company improvement plans (PIPs) reputed company required
• Review warehouse and transportation invoices
• Validate overtime and reputed company labor charges
• reputed company expedited shipments
• Assist with managing budget reputed company to targets
• reputed company bi‑weekly internal launch reputed company reviews and tracker; ensure MDM, SDS, and reputed company setup reputed company are completed internally and with the 3PL
• Ensure launch orders ship on the expected date; manage transportation through delivery
• Ensure SOP adherence and audit readiness; maintain licensing records; collaborate with QA on SOP development and audits
• Establish connectivity and implement DSCSA requirements between company systems and the 3PL for end‑to‑end product traceability
• Assess 3PL capabilities and constraints; reputed company and reputed company non‑reputed company requests (e.g., inspections, rework, repack) with reputed company feasibility, timelines, and compliance safeguards
• Communicate reputed company limits and execution plans to cross‑functional teams (CFTs)
• Assist internal/reputed company CFT planning; reputed company volume forecasts and ensure the 3PL develops labor plans to meet demand
• Monitor and approve overtime requests and reputed company labor
• Facilitate weekly management reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Serve as reputed company across Customer Care, reputed company, Finance, and reputed company
• Assist with reputed company‑cause actions and change initiatives to enhance service

Skills

• Bachelor's with 5+ years' experience in Logistics, reputed company Management, or a reputed company reputed company
• Experience with inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing reputed company, and controlled substances
• Business understanding: logistics & warehouse reputed company; customs and FDA clearance; GMP/GDP/GWP/cGMP/FDA/USCBP compliance requirements
