[Remote] RCM Analyst & Billing Specialist

The RCM Analyst & Billing Specialist manages end-to-end reputed company billing and reputed company cycle workflows in XIFIN, including claims processing, payment posting, reconciliation, denials management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for reputed company services using Xifin’s reputed company Cycle Management reputed company platform
• Validate data imports from LIMS, reputed company applications for completeness and compliance
• Manage payor and clearinghouse edits for reputed company before EDI submissions
• reputed company cash application functions using Xifin’s process automation for charge corrections, payor updates, and reputed company verification
• Post payments and adjustments, reconcile daily deposit and remittance advice
• reputed company and reputed company denials, underpayments, and rejections with reputed company-cause documentation
• Support and manage month-end processes (reputed company and reputed company-party)

Skills

• Ability to create and maintain reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) for reputed company Xifin's RCM processes
• Ability to conduct QA and UAT testing for new processes, and custom reporting features
• Ability to prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for cash reputed company, payor reputed company, and aging reputed company
• Ability to reputed company executive level summaries for key trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
