[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Workforce Analytics

The role partners with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to conduct workforce analyses, reputed company reporting and analytics solutions, forecast trends, and translate data into reputed company recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate them into data and reporting needs
• reputed company reputed company workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support reputed company decision making
• Own workforce reporting and analytics solutions end-to-end - from consultation and scoping through the requirement definition, build, validation, and delivery

• Ensure data reputed company by leading reputed company efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high reputed company of precision
• Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely with Technology and other stakeholders

Skills

• Candidate must be located in the following locations: reputed company, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas
• Bachelor's degree in technical, quantitative, or business-reputed company fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a reputed company reputed company)
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a reputed company role
• Familiarity with HR/HCM data structures required
• 2+ years with hands-on experience with HCM report and dashboard design and development
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and storytelling stills, with reputed company ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders
• Strong analytical reputed company with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have Bachelor's degree
• Must be comfortable presenting to A-C level leaders
• Must have a firm analytical way of thinking

• Experience in workforce / people analytics strongly preferred
