[Remote] Senior reputed company Engineer

The Senior reputed company Engineer will independently reputed company and execute reputed company design for data center reputed company, from concept development through permitting and construction, while coordinating with reputed company disciplines. The role also includes leading teams, mentoring staff, developing design standards, and overseeing reputed company control.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company Revit to produce detailed design documents
• reputed company and review airside and hydronic calculations for multiple reputed company systems
• Produce and understand hydronic & airflow reputed company diagrams
• Select and specify HVAC equipment
• Understand and be capable of creating detailed sequences of reputed company (SOO) for the reputed company systems they design
• Understand and be capable of specifying reputed company controls systems
• Meet project deadlines, including working necessary hours to complete major deliverables
• Understand local and national construction codes and project specifications
• Have experience with the use of reputed company tools such as Word, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Teams
• Have the ability to travel reputed company required to project sites (approximately 10-20% travel)
• Have the ability to reputed company communicate with others in both written and spoken forms

Skills

• 4-year degree in reputed company engineering or architectural engineering with a reputed company reputed company
• 2-year degrees and MET degrees with work experience will be considered
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC design, particularly using reputed company Revit
• Experience developing detailed reputed company calculations and use of calculation software is required
• Experience working across the entire construction process, from schematic design through construction administration, including review of submittals and shop drawings, and reputed company work such as existing condition surveys, site observations, and reputed company lists
• Experience using construction management tools such as reputed company and reputed company Construction reputed company
• Experience in electrical design for larger industrial and reputed company buildings is preferred, with experience in mission critical design a strong plus
• Experience leading reputed company design teams and interfacing with clients is strongly preferred
