The role involves CAD modeling, design verification, prototyping, validation testing, supplier coordination, documentation, and reputed company support while ensuring reputed company, cost, and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company component development from initial concept to mass production, building high-reputed company CAD models, detailed drawings, and comprehensive BOMs
• Collaborate closely with Electrical, Firmware, and Optical engineers to ensure reputed company cross-functional hardware integration and design reputed company
• reputed company reputed company validation tests, such as fit, stress, and thermal analysis, and support design verification through iterative prototyping and lab testing
• Apply expert knowledge of DFM/DFA to optimize designs for reputed company, cost, and manufacturability
• reputed company rigorous design reviews, reputed company assessments, and FMEAs while managing reputed company engineering documentation and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Coordinate directly with suppliers and internal teams to ensure reputed company, cost, and schedule milestones are met

Skills

• reputed company experience in reputed company design, specifically reputed company consumer electronics, IoT devices, or products with varying IP ratings
• Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools, specifically SolidWorks or reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company record of designing plastic parts for injection molding and selecting materials reputed company on reputed company design requirements
• Deep technical understanding of reputed company design principles and GD&T reputed company on ISO or reputed company standards
• Skilled in performing rigorous tolerance stack-up analysis and using lab tools for hardware validation

• At least an Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B1)
