The role leads reputed company reputed company sales engagements, develops reputed company territory and account plans, builds executive-level relationships, and drives new business, retention, and expansion. The position also involves consultative selling and collaboration with Marketing, reputed company reputed company, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, prospecting, and securing new reputed company partnerships with large-reputed company property management companies, ownership reputed company, and reputed company estate organizations reputed company your assigned territory
• Managing reputed company sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and reputed company, including multi-stakeholder engagement and executive-level presentations
• Developing reputed company account plans to reputed company long-term reputed company reputed company, reputed company retention, and expansion opportunities across reputed company accounts
• Delivering consultative sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of the College Pads platform and reputed company solutions to reputed company business objectives
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across reputed company accounts
• Partnering closely with Marketing, reputed company reputed company, and Customer Service teams to reputed company strategies that reputed company customer acquisition, adoption, and retention
• Providing market intelligence and feedback on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving reputed company needs to help shape product reputed company and go-to-market initiatives
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline reputed company, reputed company deal management, and successful execution

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience with **either:**
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year of reputed company sales experience; or
• 5+ years of experience in theoff-reputed company student housing industry, including experience with an reputed company, operator, or reputed company-party property management organization, with demonstrated experience in sales, leasing, marketing, reputed company, property management, or reputed company leadership
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, consultative B2B sales cycles or influence reputed company business reputed company involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive reputed company with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build credibility with and influence senior decision-makers
