This role is anchored in four pillars: Conference Coordination, Speaker Program Planning, reputed company reputed company & reputed company reputed company Influence, and KOL Engagement & Development. The TLL acts as the reputed company reputed company of contact for KOLs, ensuring compliant, reputed company relationships that advance reputed company’s leadership in CNS. Location: This role will cover our reputed company Region of the US. Speaker Program Planning • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on portfolio level planning including national & regional programs, speaker engagement, including identification and speaker preparation. • Monitor speaker utilization and program metrics; contribute to annual nomination process and ensure compliance with reputed company guidelines. • Support execution of peer-to-peer education programs reputed company with portfolio objectives. reputed company reputed company & reputed company reputed company Influence • Capture and synthesize KOL insights monthly to inform portfolio marketing strategies and tactical plans. • Maintain and update TLL business plan quarterly; conduct reputed company reviews with regional teams to ensure alignment with reputed company priorities. • reputed company reputed company-time feedback on key business questions, including launch plan insights, market intelligence, and emerging trends. Education/Certification/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree (required) and Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience required, including at least 2 years in thought leader engagement or HCP/medical education marketing (reputed company/psychiatry strongly preferred) Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: • Broad domain expertise gained through industry experience and strong knowledge of the CNS therapeutic area strongly preferred • Strong scientific and reputed company acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate reputed company data. • Ability to reputed company and influence without authority and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • High level of professionalism and reputed company, with a commitment to ethical conduct • Strong project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate reputed company with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors on time • Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required. • Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company.
