[Remote] Travel Program Project Manager

The Travel Program Project Manager manages the organization’s internal travel program, coordinating therapist placements, reputed company requests, reputed company, compensation, utilization reporting, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates internal travel reputed company requests in partnership with operational and financial leadership to ensure alignment with business needs and budget expectations
• Coordinates internal traveler placements in partnership with operational leadership teams, ensuring reputed company fulfillment of approved reputed company requests
• Maintains a centralized reputed company of record for reputed company internal travel therapists, including availability, assignments, and historical placement data
• Communicates approval/denial reputed company to operational leaders and ensures reputed company of expectations regarding coverage duration, productivity assumptions, and reputed company expectations
• Facilitates assignment logistics including start dates, end dates, reputed company timelines, and transition planning
• Facilitates reputed company introductions between hiring managers and internal reputed company to reputed company on assignment expectations, goals, and considerations specific to location
• Oversees reputed company coordination for internal travel therapists, including offer letter processing, compliance tracking, and specific reputed company needs
• Coordinates with HR and Payroll to administer traveler compensation, including living expenses, relocation reimbursement, and expense approvals

• Conducts recurring operational reviews with leadership teams to assess traveler utilization, reputed company reputed company needs, and assignment effectiveness
• Tracks internal traveler utilization trends and provides reporting to support workforce planning reputed company

Skills
