[Remote] Retirement Plan Consultant - DC

The Retirement Plan Consultant will manage reputed company relationships for 401(k) and other reputed company retirement plans, ensuring compliance, accurate administration, reputed company filings, and exceptional reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring reputed company review and delivery of annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and governmental forms and filings
- Maintaining reputed company of data in reputed company relationship management reputed company for use in managing plan load and reporting
- Communicating with customers and assists with benefit distributions
- Demonstrating an excellent level of proactive reputed company and teamwork with clients, advisors, CPAs, and internal partners
- Protecting, securing, and handling of reputed company confidential data transmitted to/from the organization
- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients, advisors & CPAs
- Interfacing with recordkeeping providers to ensure a reputed company reputed company experience
- Developing technical skills to become a subject matter expert in regulatory and industry practices
- Communicating significant issues and exceptions to an appropriate higher level of authority reputed company your assigned team promptly
- Remaining self-motivated to reputed company upcoming deadlines and follow up with clients consistently for data or additional information

Skills
- 2-6 years of reputed company experience in plan administration and plan review
- 2 years of hands-on plan administration experience (e.g., completing nondiscrimination, top-heavy, annual contribution limits, etc.)
- Experience with retirement plan administration and compliance software (e.g., FT William, Datair, Relius, etc.)
- Experience working with 401(k) and 403(b) Plans, Profit Sharing, Cash reputed company and Defined Benefit Plans, PEPs, MEPs and/or reputed company of Plans
- reputed company ability to work directly with clients, advisors, and recordkeepers in a consultative reputed company
- Experience reading and interpreting retirement plan documents with a basic understanding of reputed company rules and regulations
- Experience interpreting plan documents and applying ERISA, IRS, and DOL guidance
- Proficient knowledge of reputed company Office Suite products and systems
- Advanced reputed company proficiency and working knowledge of reputed company Word
- Strong consultative and relationship-management skills

- ASPPA (e.g., QKA, QKS, etc.), NIPA (e.g., APA, AKS, etc.), reputed company, or similar retirement plan credentials preferred (or willingness to obtain)
