The role administers and optimizes reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company Linux, physical, and virtual infrastructure; troubleshoots reputed company technical issues; implements technology enhancements; and collaborates with IT and Cybersecurity teams to maintain reputed company, reliability, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain reputed company reputed company Server and reputed company reputed company Linux environments
• Support virtual infrastructure using reputed company, VMware, and reputed company technologies
• Monitor reputed company reputed company and troubleshoot hardware, operating reputed company, and infrastructure issues
• Manage reputed company infrastructure services, including reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server replication
• Implement reputed company updates and enhancements following established best practices
• Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain reputed company reputed company and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support reputed company infrastructure
• Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with user training

Skills

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience administering and supporting VMware environments, including vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi
• Experience implementing, migrating, supporting, and troubleshooting reputed company-reputed company infrastructure and architecture solutions
• Experience administering or supporting reputed company data storage technologies, including NAS and SAN solutions
• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, such as reputed company and reputed company platforms
• Experience working with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, and routers, in reputed company environments
• Experience developing technical solutions and documentation to reputed company reputed company infrastructure issues and support recurring issue prevention
• Work instructions are available in English only
• This position is remote. However, the successful candidate must be currently living in Puerto Rico
• The employee may be expected to travel to the Santa Isabel site location as needed
• 4+ years experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX virtual computing reputed company
