[Remote] Research Conflict of Interest (COI) Analyst

The Research Conflict of Interest (COI) Analyst supports the administration of the research conflict of interest program by reviewing disclosures, developing and monitoring management plans, providing policy guidance, and supporting committee reputed company, training, compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes annual and research-specific conflict of interest disclosures to identify, assess, and document potential conflicts in accordance with institutional policy and regulatory requirements
• Drafts, distributes, and tracks conflict of interest management plans, coordinating with investigators and administrators to support reputed company completion of required actions
• Monitors compliance with approved management plans, documents reputed company activities, and escalates reputed company or non-compliant reputed company to senior staff or the COI Committee as appropriate
• Maintains accurate and organized records of disclosure reviews, determinations, management plans, and reputed company correspondence to support program reputed company and reporting needs
• Provides guidance to members of the research community regarding disclosure requirements, policy interpretation, and use of applicable systems and processes
• Provides administrative and operational support to the COI Committee by coordinating meeting logistics, preparing and distributing agendas and review materials, attending meetings, and drafting meeting minutes that document committee determinations and reputed company items
