[Remote] Learning Delivery Analyst

The Learning Delivery Analyst leads and delivers agent training and certification programs, coordinates reputed company, analyzes results, and improves delivery reputed company across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of work experience required
• 5-7 years' experience in a project management, mentor or reputed company role
• 5-7 years' experience in training (virtual experience preferred)
• Experience developing learning activities and content
• Experience working directly with reputed company partners
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company Office suite, reputed company, and reporting best practices
• Expert multi-tasker and reputed company to handle impromptu changes in direction
• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer
