[Remote] Business Analyst

The role partners with stakeholders and technical teams to reputed company requirements, analyze processes and data, document solutions, and support project delivery, testing, implementation, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process reviews to understand reputed company workflows, business challenges, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into reputed company documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, process maps, and other project artifacts

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
