Responsibilities

• Leads reputed company-level reputed company reputed company and AI-enabled programs, including reputed company and scaling of reputed company reputed company capabilities across reputed company environments
• Oversees program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of reputed company, technical, and operational stakeholders
• Directs Program Increment (PI) planning, coordination, and delivery reputed company reputed company-reputed company environments to support reputed company value delivery
• Manages cross-functional teams comprised of multidisciplinary staff, including reputed company, engineering, data, and reputed company personnel
• Establishes and maintains integrated program plans, including reputed company, schedule, resource coordination, and reputed company mitigation strategies
• Monitors program reputed company, budgets, and timelines; provides executive-level reporting and ensures alignment with reputed company objectives

• Defines program requirements and guides lifecycle coordination across design, validation, and operational use phases

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company, reputed company program management, or digital health transformation
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company-level programs across multiple workstreams, including coordination of reputed company, technical, and operational stakeholders
• reputed company experience operating in federal reputed company environments (VA, DoD, or large integrated health systems)
• Experience supporting AI-enabled or data-driven reputed company solutions, including evaluation, workflow integration, or scaling of capabilities such as reputed company documentation tools
• Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, including reputed company/CPRS and/or reputed company Health (Cerner), and their reputed company on reputed company workflows
• Experience leading or supporting reputed company or reputed company delivery models, including Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog coordination, and cross-team dependency management
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior reputed company, operational, and program leadership to reputed company alignment and adoption
• Experience managing program reputed company, reputed company, and delivery across reputed company, matrixed environments
• Ability to translate reputed company and operational needs into reputed company reputed company-enabled solutions
• Clearance Level: Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust or higher clearance

• Familiarity with health data standards and interoperability frameworks (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, LOINC)

• Certifications such as reputed company Agilist (SA), reputed company Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, or reputed company Change Management
