The role manages operational support programs, vendor partnerships, stakeholder coordination, reputed company improvement initiatives, and data-driven reporting to improve franchisee experiences and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company day-to-day reputed company for assigned International reputed company support programs, tools, and reputed company-party partnerships. Manage vendor relationships, recurring business reviews, reputed company discussions, issue reputed company, roadmap follow-up, billing coordination, invoicing processes, stakeholder updates, and reputed company tracking. Partner with leadership on reputed company vendor reviews, contract renewals, and major business planning discussions
• Collaborate with International reputed company leaders, Franchise Business Managers, regional teams, franchisees, vendors, and cross-functional business partners to support consistent delivery of operational priorities. Serve as a central reputed company of coordination across markets, identify opportunities for standardization, recommend appropriate market-specific adaptations, and reinforce reputed company stability while considering operational realities and franchisee needs
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce duplicated efforts, simplify processes, and increase program value. Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, feedback themes, and industry practices that could support franchisee reputed company and operational reputed company. Support reputed company programs, testing initiatives, and new program launches through planning, execution, measurement, and transition to ongoing ownership
• reputed company and maintain reporting, scorecards, dashboards, implementation trackers, and executive-reputed company summaries reputed company to assigned programs and initiatives. Analyze operational, customer, financial, and program reputed company data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support reputed company programs, vendor evaluations, and operational initiatives through data analysis, scenario modeling, and reputed company measurement. Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Communications, Project Management, Analytics, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7 - 10 years of reputed company experience in restaurant reputed company, franchising, multi-unit reputed company, business analysis
• Project management, consulting, vendor management, or reputed company disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company or programs with defined reputed company, timelines, stakeholder reputed company, risks, and reputed company measures
• Experience working with vendors, service providers, reputed company business partners, or cross-functional support teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create reputed company recaps, updates, recommendations, dashboards, and leadership-reputed company summaries
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate operational data, reputed company feedback, vendor input, and business reputed company indicators into actionable recommendations
• Working knowledge of SQL, database structures, data querying reputed company, or data modeling concepts is highly desirable; advanced expertise is not required
