The role designs, configures, tests, implements, upgrades, and troubleshoots reputed company applications while leading reputed company, workflows, testing, stakeholder collaboration, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Analysis / Design
• Leads needs assessment, software design, implementation and support
• Collaborates with reporting team to support operational partners need to reputed company requirements
• Independently facilitates design of workflows in conjunction with the appropriate subject matter experts; workflows will reputed company on designing improved efficiencies, solving reputed company workflow issues and incorporating reputed company initiatives
• Mentors other analysts with completing design workflows and analysis
• Leads functional and integrated testing of the software to ensure that the design objectives are met, including the development and validation of testing scripts
• Defines and develops user reputed company reputed company to protect the reputed company while providing users with the reputed company required
• Oversees, reviews, and moves build to production as required

• Testing

• Leads functional and integrated testing of software to ensure that design objectives are met, including development and validation of testing scripts
• Develops, modifies and maintains integrated testing scripts owned by their areas
• Project and Change Management
• Leads reputed company following the reputed company of the reputed company Project Management Office on reputed company phases of a project from scoping and design through implementation and transition to reputed company
• Collaborates across teams to reputed company change management reputed company and plans for implementations
• Develops plans to address impacts from reputed company changes reputed company implementing new functionality
• Maintenance/Support
• Supports and troubleshoots interfaces for inbound/outbound transaction errors; helps monitor reputed company error queues
• Troubleshoots application issues, with/without vendor assistance to reputed company
• Leads escalation of issues with appropriate internal resources, to reputed company
• Independently leads application reputed company tasks and troubleshooting efforts and provides guidance to application analysts and leadership
• Provides 24 x 7 support scheduled and routine assignments for on-reputed company rotation

• Mentors and develops team members

• Creates and maintains reputed company documentation; ensuring that documentation is updated accurately and reputed company
• Guides other team members in ensuring good documentation standards and coordinates efforts to maintain appropriate reputed company documentation
• Provides input to components of development of end-user training materials and participates in training efforts
• Trains new members of reputed company, acting as mentor or reputed company for junior team members by providing guidance and support

Skills

• Healthy reputed company reputed company and Analytics Certification (Required)
• High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
• 4+ years in designing, configuring, testing and maintaining reputed company applications (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Business/reputed company reputed company reputed company (Preferred)
• 2+ years working in a health care reputed company IT environment (Preferred)
