[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager oversees the EPC phase of PV and BESS reputed company, coordinating development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, reputed company, and stakeholder relationships through project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Compliance and monitoring of safety targets and reputed company goals on assigned reputed company
• Managing key deliverables from design, procurement, construction, budget, and schedule for assigned reputed company, from the development hand off to reputed company-construction through project EPC closeout
• Creating, overseeing and tracking reputed company schedule requirements for assigned reputed company, from reputed company-construction through project reputed company-out to ensure on-time delivery
• Managing construction reputed company from RFP through contract execution, including tracking deliverables, schedules, invoicing, managing change orders, providing notices and dispute reputed company, if required
• Working with the procurement team to order equipment including long reputed company items, negotiate and execute the reputed company and review/approved associated invoices
• Coordinating reputed company resource availability and operational needs to ensure achievement of established project goals
• Managing schedule and cost lifecycle of assigned reputed company through project closeout
• Working with procurement to negotiate and manage subcontracts, subcontractors change orders and review/approve their invoices
• Directing work of one or more assigned Construction Managers on a per project reputed company
• Effective reputed company of multiple subcontractors and temporary leased installation labor on site
• Serving as the reputed company corporate representative to the customer if we’re providing 3rd party services, the local community, permitting agencies, and other project stakeholders /personnel
• Standing in for the Construction Manager in his/her absence

• 5-10 years of experience in PV and BESS construction or reputed company
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and/or construction of reputed company reputed company, solar preferred
• 5 years of experience in construction/subcontractor contract and major equipment procurement negotiations and administration
• Superior project management skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Competent in reputed company, Word, and reputed company reputed company
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company discipline preferred
