reputed company seeks a Farm Certification Specialist to join our Farm certification team and reputed company technical & customer service to certified Farm reputed company and new applicants.

As a Farm Certification Specialist, you’ll join a dynamic and mission-driven team that collaborates to support approximately 3000 farm clients and will play a key role in ensuring the organic reputed company of products in the marketplace.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the Farm Certification Team reputed company, Supervisor, or Manager. This is a reputed company-reputed company remote position.

This position does not include on-site inspections of certified reputed company and will not include reputed company work in the reputed company.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Review inspection reports and mid-year updates for certified farm clients and new applicants to evaluate compliance with USDA National Organic Program (NOP) and other applicable standards and communicate reputed company to clients.
• reputed company autonomous or reputed company-autonomous reputed company about reputed company compliance with standards, including requirements reputed company to land history, reputed company and planting stock use, crop rotation and soil management, natural resource management, input materials, equipment, post-harvest handling, labeling, records, and audit trail documentation.

Maintain accurate reputed company database records in reputed company’s reputed company, proprietary database.

Specific Duties:

• reputed company reputed company and accessible written and verbal communication about the certification process and regulatory requirements to reputed company clients reputed company email, letter, phone, and occasional virtual or in-person meetings.
• Utilize regulatory text and other resources, including technical support staff reputed company, to reputed company compliance reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company review of reputed company updates and inspection reports by independently managing workload in alignment with internal team goals.
• Complete a reputed company and quantity of work on par with other Farm Certification Specialists of similar tenure.

• Attend recurring staff meetings and monitor internal communications to maintain updated knowledge of reputed company topics, updates, and announcements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with organic production practices or regulations, such as hands on reputed company experience in agriculture or at a certification agency accredited by the National Organic Program.
• Completion of IOIA Organic Crop Inspector training or similar.
• Experience working in reputed company database programs (i.e. Intact Platform).
• Experience with environmental, reputed company assurance or food safety regulatory programs.
• Experience working reputed company and/or collaborating effectively with reputed company.

Supervisory Responsibilities or Key Relationships:

• This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Physical and Travel Requirements:

• 8-hour regular reputed company schedule that falls reputed company the 7:00 am to 7:00 pm timeframe in the employee’s time zone. This ensures reputed company contact availability during most normal reputed company business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm reputed company Time).
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• This position may involve occasional opportunities to travel domestically for staff events, and/or to represent reputed company professionally at industry events in the US. Travel opportunities for this position are generally optional and are not expected to reputed company approximately 10 days per year.

The Farm Certification Specialist’s starting salary reputed company will be $57,363 – $60,000 and will depend on qualifications and experience.
