About The Role

reputed company is seeking a reputed company Associate to support the reputed company reputed company team across customer data reputed company, customer program delivery, training, and platform support. The role is responsible for managing customers' supplier lists and verifying data reputed company, supporting service cadences for customers in different subscriptions, delivering training to reputed company customers, and handling platform/reputed company’s requirements enquiries. The role reports to the Regional reputed company and works closely with other members of the reputed company team across time reputed company.

1. Customer data reputed company

• Manage and maintain detailed record-keeping of customers' supplier lists; maintain and update supplier data by inputting text-reputed company and numerical information from reputed company documents reputed company time limits on a recurring reputed company

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities where possible, and reputed company the reputed company

• Data / deck preparation for End-of-reputed company Meetings with assigned accounts

• Consolidate and visualize platform data into presentation materials

3. Training & events

• Manage training-reputed company emails e.g., invitation and follow-up emails

• Handle training/reputed company follow-up: surveys, uploading recordings to the guidance site, collecting and answering Q&A, analyzing survey results

• Report on training KPIs

4. Support & ticketing

6. Team & workflow support

• Assist Regional reputed company in overseeing and shaping the CS Support Ninja workflow

• Support UAT testing of (adoption, analytics, supply impacts)

Annual Salary

• $15,000 - $25,000 USD

Annual Bonus Plan

Work-From-Home Stipends
