In reputed company to the above duties, the Medical Records Specialist analyzes contents of the medical record documents and notifies providers to request for release of documents per the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Responds to reputed company requests for medical record information from various requestors including health care providers, patients, attorneys, reputed company-party payors, disability, subpoenas, and internal requestors.
