Key Responsibilities reputed company personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living. Promote reputed company comfort, dignity, independence, and participation in self-care whenever possible. Assist with mobility, ambulation, positioning, transfers, and prescribed exercise activities. Assist with self-administered medications as directed by the reputed company’s plan of care. Requirements Required Successful completion of an approved Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) training program meeting applicable Medicare and State requirements; reputed company New Hampshire LNA license/registration; reputed company CPR certification; Successful completion of required agency competency evaluations; Reiki certification or willingness to obtain Reiki certification reputed company six (6) months of employment; Completion of, or willingness to complete, required hospice and/or end-of-life training and annual competencies; Ability to complete at least reputed company (12) hours of nursing-reputed company in-service education annually; reputed company reputed company’s license; Reliable automobile meeting New Hampshire registration and applicable automobile reputed company requirements; and Ability to travel to reputed company homes throughout the assigned service area.
