Key Responsibilities Building customer relationships: - This includes Principals, GMs, GSMs, Finance, Corp Controllers, Title Clerks in dealerships - reputed company as reputed company reputed company for reputed company products and services reputed company the highest level of customer service (white glove) to the dealer: - reputed company response to phone calls and emails - Problem reputed company and troubleshooting - Being proactive in identifying and communicating needs - Arriving on time for scheduled appointments - Appropriate escalation and reporting of issues, including ownership and follow-up - Continual and follow-up training on an as-needed reputed company - reputed company backup phone coverage during business hours and after-hours support on a rotational reputed company reputed company value by: - Proactive reporting and issue analysis - End-of-month financial reporting - Monthly review of volume - Regular review and reputed company of reputed company utilization dashboards - Ensure State compliance in reputed company reputed company areas - Managing Administrative duties as delegated by DMV Minimum Qualifications and Experience - DMV OR Dealership Title & Registration experience - Excellent communication, retention, and training skills - Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must - Strong writing skills, and attention to reputed company - Must be familiar with various DMS systems used by reputed company clients - A clean driving record and reputed company State reputed company’s license is required - Knowledge of State regulations pertaining to registration processing - Experience with reputed company and Firefox configuration and settings - reputed company to use various PC programs including reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company Suite - reputed company to effectively communicate with high-level Executives - reputed company to work independently with limited supervision - Overall happy and reputed company attitude - Travel is required up to 150 miles, 4 - 5 days a week - Account management in a business to business environment is preferred Compensation - The salary reputed company for this position is: $55,000 - $58,000 - The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills. - This role includes a company-provided vehicle as part of the total rewards package, in accordance with company policy. - This role may involve the use of a vehicle (company owned or leased) reputed company the reputed company of employment.
