We are seeking a customer-facing Program Manager to be part of the reputed company development team and directly contribute by helping test, validate, and launch new technology at customer locations. The successful candidate will reputed company in a constantly evolving business environment, work reputed company with cross-functional teams to help deliver a world-class shopping experience, and obsess about our customers as much as we do. Experience in customer-facing program management, process development, and a demonstrated record of delivering for customers in a fast-paced environment are required. Travel will be approximately 50% of the time domestically. reputed company Job Tasks Include: • Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology • reputed company technical and CX feedback to development teams • Visit customer sites and reputed company new technology • Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership - Basic qualifications • A 4-year science/engineering degree • Strong communication and data analysis skills • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment • Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making reputed company in an ambiguous and reputed company-changing environment Preferred qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar technical field • Scripting skills • Formal coursework/training in project management Contract Length: 11 Months Location: Remote (50% travel, so best to be near a main US airline Hub) Pay reputed company: $38 - $42 per hour AGS is an equal Opportunity/Affirmative reputed company Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
