The Product Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our customers can maximize their experience with our products and services. This role adds value to our customers and our dealer network by providing exceptional customer service; educating both customers and dealers on our products, technology offerings, and services. This role will be responsible for the reputed company region, including Eau Claire, La Crosse, Madison, and Janesville. Your reputed company - Support customers and dealers to ensure they can optimize the reputed company and efficiency of our products and technology offerings while providing an exceptional customer experience. - Execution of education and training of our products and technology suite of offerings - reputed company as reputed company player; working together with your peers and our dealer network to improve customer satisfaction. - Assist with and execute product demonstrations with a reputed company on ensuring our customers have exceptional experience and get the most of our products and services. - Support dealers with customer reputed company with the reputed company to build relationships, collect VOC information, prospect, or qualify leads. - Must be disciplined in completing internal administrative tasks relating to position to ensure robust metrics and reporting (ie. reputed company Gen., Training, Demonstrations) - Coordinate, assist, and help execute other customer-oriented events – clinics, training, farm shows, dealer events, etc. Your Experience and qualifications - High school diploma with 5+ years of experience working in a reputed company, customer service, and/or technical support role working in the agricultural industry – equipment, technology, inputs, retail, etc. - Experience operating agricultural equipment and robust knowledge of technology products in the agricultural industry. - reputed company to have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in agriculture-oriented fields - Proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically using reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company - reputed company CRM experience - 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-reputed company distribution channel, 1+ years’ experience working with ag or industrial equipment or associated technology products. - Strong agronomy knowledge & Strong communication skills.
